| Bio: | I've given into the LJ craze and established this account so I can sit at the cool kids' table, but my main blog is The Califa Police Gazette! It is syndicated at flora_segunda. If you wanna know what I'm up to, please subscribe to that feed! I probably won't be doing a lot of double-posting, but you never know...
My novel "Flora Segunda, or the Magickal Mishaps of a Girl of Spirit, Her Glass-Gazing Sidekick, Two Ominous Butlers (One Blue), A House with Eleven Thousand Rooms, and a Red Dog" (whew!) was released in the US by Harcourt Children's Books in January 2007 and by Scholastic UK in July 2007.
"Flora's Dare, How A Girl of Spirit Gambles All to Expand Her Vocabulary, Confront a Bouncing Boy Terror and Try To Save Califa from a Shaky Doom (Despite Being Confined to Her Room)" will be published by Harcourt in August 2008.
I also have stories in Jonathan Strahan's "Eclipse" anthology, La Datlow, Link & Grant's "The Year's Best Fantasy & Horror '06"; and Rich Horton's "Fantasy: The Year's Best, 2006." Other stories have been published in "Asimov's Science Fiction Magazine", and "The Magazine of Fantasy & Science Fiction."
